INTERIM MANAGEMENT
First level, second level, or project management, establish, maintain or grow and operate a subsidiary in Europe, restructure a company and manage the turnaround, post merger integration.
CONSULTING
Assess corporate strategy, write business plans, identify M&A targets and strategic partners, maintain or grow and operate a presence in Europe, perform due diligences and project management, coach, provide leadership training.
PURCHASING SERVICE
Import or export high tech goods and services, identify and qualify suppliers, handle procurement processes, prepare tenders, compare bids, negotiate purchase agreements, prepare customs documentation.
SERVICE FEES
Retainer Minimum of four hours / month.
Hourly rate 150 €.
Commission Range between 5% and 20%. (Sales and purchasing services only.)
